As within, so without explores the Sympathetic Nervous system’s fight, flight and freeze responses to stressful situations, the Parasympathetic Nervous system’s rest and digest response to stress and how all of these experiences appear and feel in the body.
“Molasses”, “Transmutation” and “Ease” explore the ways in which these different states impact our ability to either open up or close down to others and the world around us.
