Body Arcana - Home is where the heart is invites us to slow down and be still enough to hear the call of our hearts and of the earth.\

Held in the bosom of the home, within an altar of kola nuts, tea, dye, and fabric, this performance explores ancestral rituals that aligned us with the pulse of our planet and honoured the sacred within the mundane. To honour those that have come before us, preserve their wisdom and pave new paths for the future, this performance is a call for us all to rest.
